Bruce Tresider

Bruce brings over forty years of extensive experience in the security industry. His distinguished career began with the Victoria Police, where he served as a Senior Detective, Detective Sergeant, and Detective Senior Sergeant. During his tenure, Bruce also contributed to the professional development of others, completing two terms on the directing staff at the Victoria Police Detective Training School.

Transitioning into the corporate sector, Bruce has held senior security management positions with leading organisations including Dulux Group Australia, Boral Building Products, and CSR Limited. His work has spanned Australia, New Zealand, and numerous international jurisdictions, including Indonesia, China, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

With his broad experience across both law enforcement and corporate environments, Bruce understands the critical intersection between security and safety management. He has successfully integrated these disciplines to deliver comprehensive, practical, and risk-based solutions for complex corporate operations.
